SNI has partnered with a fast growing service company in the Seminole County area who is seeking a highly motivated candidate that has the desire to learn and grow within our system. Candidates must have excellent communication skills. They must be attentive, quick learners and have a passion for delivering a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming phone calls.
  • Make outgoing phone calls to vendors and customers.
  • Able to assess customer needs and assign appropriate internal action.
  • Assist with customer appointments as necessary.
  • Update and maintain the appropriate information in QuickBooks as well as other filing systems.
  • Help answer customer questions and concerns as needed.
  • Perform various office duties and deliver a positive overall customer service experience.


Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous office experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Position is full time
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Bilingual preferred, not required
  • QuickBooks preferred, not required
