Our client in Northeast Philadelphia has an immediate need for a professional Office Administrator with variety of skill sets including a proactive, go-get-them attitude with mid-level computer skills experience. The successful candidate must be able to take a task and run with it with little direction.

What a successful candidate must have or know how to do:

  • Administrative experience required. 2-4 years of related office manager and/or training; experience with accounting, HR, and operations.
  • Flexibility with the ability to handle many jobs simultaneously while adhering to strict reporting deadlines
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office; able to create graphs, reports and presentations
  • Knowledge of accounting methods and office practices and procedures
