One of our clients in St. Paul is looking for a versatile Office Administrator to join their team!

Contract to Hire after 90 days and interviews occurring ASAP!

$18-$20/hour depending on experience

Essential Functions:

  • Acts as the point of contact between the Executive leadership team and clients
  • Meeting arrangements, travel arrangements (concur), expenses, presentations
  • Face of the office when welcoming visitors, receptionist duties, answering or referring phone inquiries and maintaining office supplies.
  • Strong computer skills needed (excel, main merging systems, calendar management, Concur)
  • Vendor management as well as shipping/receiving duties


  • High School degree with post-secondary education in office administration or related field,
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an executive administrative assistant
  • Demonstrated advance MS Office skills (word, excel, power point, outlook).
