As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking high volume of inbound calls from healthcare members regarding their policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls from individuals wanting to discuss their health benefits.
  • Enters data into computer system using multiple tabs.
  • High Volume call center! Must be able to multitask!
  • Other tasks as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience required
  • Must have computer skills and use of MS Outlook and MS Excel
  • Call center background preferred*
  • Bilinguals- Spanish and English a plus!*
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be able to pass Criminal Background check
