Job Description


The Marketing Specialist supports the development of marketing strategy and plans that meet the division goals and objectives. Responsible for managing
multi-channel marketing communications to strengthen the brands and drive growth through consumer & dealer awareness; providing cross-category leadership to develop communications and promotions based on consumer needs, motivators and behaviors; and working collaboratively with the E-Commerce, Product, Sales, and Brand teams.


Strategy and Planning:

  • Support integrated marketing and go-to-market plans to drive revenue, margin, and growth.
  • Support launch content strategy on- and off-line; assist in channel execution.

Development & Execution:

  • Drive effective and compelling launch marketing elements, including print collateral, social, email, in-store POP, digital media, advertising, public relations, training, and presentations.
  • Support all phases of dealer and consumer launch online and standard catalogs including creative, layout/pagination, studio and location photography, production, inventory and field distribution.
  • Develop launch e-commerce marketing plan and partner with e-commerce teams on execution for brand e-commerce/store front.
  • Support creation of launch collateral, presentations, brochures, signage, brand and product videos, displays, ads, press releases, and sales tools with input from product management and sales managers.
  • Support planning and execution of consumer events (throughout year) and sales meetings (twice a year).


  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related.
  • 5+ years marketing or related experience; digital marketing experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, focused high-achiever who consistently delivers results and has the ability to make rapid adjustments in response to industry changes.
  • Highly collaborative, willing to work the matrix across functions and levels to achieve results.
  • Excellent written, negotiation, presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks on time and within budget.
  • Ability to operate autonomously on location (photo/video shoots, shows, events, etc.)
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Comfortable presenting to and interacting with senior leadership.
