Job Description

Looking for Mail Room Candidates (Pompano Beach - Boca Raton)
We have over 15 Mail Room Clerk positions available now until the end of January 2019.
Employment: Full time/Contract
Location: Pompano Beach/Boca Raton
Pay: $13 to $15 hour depending on experience
Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM (Monday through Friday)
Job Description:
  • Filing and documenting financial paperwork
  • Straight forward stocking and organizing paperwork
  • Keeping track of numbers and figures projected to be completed for the work day
  • Carry and lift heavy materials
  • Dealing with hazardous objects and machinery
  • Standing job for the entire work day (Excluding break time)
  • Professional discipline regarding posture and handling of employer packages
  • Completely tasks in a timely manner

  • Must have at least 2 to 3 years of Mail Room Clerk experience under your belt.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or in Creole is a plus.
  • Must be professional and show a reliable employment record.
  • Must be punctual and on time ALWAYS.
  • Must be able to easily adapt and communicate well to others.
  • Must be able to stand on your feet most of the day.
  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy materials for several hours
  • Loyalty and dedication are essential, along with trustworthiness.
  • Willing to learn and to adapt.
