Local Law firm looking for a Litigation Legal Admin.
Job Description:

  • Docketing using Compulaw
  • Assisting with Federal and State Electronic Court Filings
  • Assisting attorneys in preparing, proofreading and revising documents
  • Scheduling travel, appointments and maintaining of calendars
  • Maintaining files and records using Filesite
  • Submitting Business Intake and Conflicts requests
  • Time entry and client billing
  • Backup coverage, as necessary
  • Redacting, document review, and Bates stamping of documents
  • Coordinating National Class Action meetings
  • Tracking and maintaining CLE credits, bar memberships
  • Submitting expense statements and seminar budgets
  • Handling of client audit requests


Required:

  • 2-4 years of litigation experience focusing in Labor/Employment & Products liability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proficiency with electronic management systems.
  • Experience with iManage (Preferred)
