Job Description


The Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the team in the overall administration of legal training and development process. Individual must possess excellent oral and written communication skills; be a team player; demonstrate strong client service; have the utmost respect for confidentiality and attention to detail; work independently and be able to follow up with minimal instructions; have the ability to prioritize work and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Individual must be flexible with work allocation and have the ability to work overtime.


Qualifications & Requirements
Education, Work Experience, Skills
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of experience in law firm training or development is preferred
Experience working for a law firm is preferred.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent time management, proofing and communication (oral and written) skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentVery strong attention to detail.Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.Ability to build relationships among lawyers and staff to achieve results; position requires a high level of collaboration with attorneys and staff and the ability to exercise independent judgment.Some event planning and execution experience preferred.Experience writing training and/or event communications a plus.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using the Internet is required.Working knowledge of relational databases preferred and/or learning management systems preferred.Typing speed of 50+ wpm is required
