Job Description

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Follow-up and qualify all inbound lead contacts requesting information or asking for consultation or site evaluation services within established service level guidelines
  • Proactively manage inbound leads to drive new business opportunities and build a solid lead pipeline for the sales team
  • Communicate with customers regarding their site evaluation needs and ensure that all required information needed for the consulting process is collected and relayed to the appropriate team members
  • Generate demographic reports, determine traffic counts, review site images, and analyze other information in order to properly prepare a car wash site analysis
  • Conduct site evaluations as part of the consultation process by taking customer provided locations and analyzing them through proprietary business model to determine their financial viability as a car wash site.
  • Schedule appointments and arrange factory tours for customers with the consulting team and other members of the team
  • Create and present detailed reports, spreadsheets, and presentations regarding the lead pipeline, work volume, and other related new business development activities.
  • Timely enter lead card information and contacts into the CRM database and assign to the appropriate personnel in sales and new business development
  • Update and maintain the lead database housed within CRM to ensure collected customer information is complete, accurate, categorized, and appropriately stored
  • Build, encourage, and maintain long-term relationships with all internal partners, external partners, and key stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions: Majority will be an inside office environment.
Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand or sit, and move about the facility.
Education and Formal Training:

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree Preferred.


  • 2-3 Years in a Customer Service or Sales Environment required
  • Prior Industry Experience a Plus
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and administrative experience required
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Experience with SAP platform and CRM systems a plus
