Office Coordinator
Overview:
Support daily front-office operations for a medical practice. Serve as the first point of contact and communicate with patients in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage phones, messages, and scheduling

Handle patient intake, check-in/out, and basic documentation

Coordinate with providers, referrals, and outside offices

Maintain records and support general office flow

Translate patient communications as needed
Qualifications:

Bilingual English/Spanish required

Prior medical office or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and basic computer skills
-
High school diploma or equivalent
