Tax Admin

Client, located in McKinney, is looking for a Tax Admin to join their team on a direct hire basis. This role is onsite. 

Keys:

• Support daily general administrative duties of the tax department (gather documentation, run reports, entry level income tax processing)
• Billing and collecting payments from clients through Quickbooks
• Data entry into tax software
• CCH Access software required
• Someone who has worked in public accounting at another firm highly desireable 
• Personality is key: self-starter, works well with teams, works independently, works well in a fast paced environment, takes initiative, and can meet deadlines
• Must be detail oriented and compfortable working with sensitive data
