Our client, a growing Insurance Company located in Southlake, has an immediate need for a Claims Inventory Coordinator. Ideal candidate should be computer savvy; proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook; highly organized with the ability to work on multiple projects at once; have an excellent work ethic and willing to work overtime as needed.

Claims Inventory Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Meet goals and initiatives of the claim organization
  • Assessment of claims including coverage verification and making contact to ensure compliance with timelines
  • Provide detailed account status and operational reports to managers
  • Assist field adjusters throughout claims handling process as needed
  • Ensure all claim documents are properly completed and uploaded in system
  • Maintain long-term relationships with adjusters and clients to ensure a perfect customer experience
  • Additional duties as assigned



Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 10 am - 7 pm
