Job Description


We are looking to interview Customer Service candidates for our client in Ft. Lauderdale.
Job type: Full time/40 hours a week (Chance for overtime)
Pay rate: $11.50 to $12 per hour (Depending on experience and client)
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, and must be able to work one day on the weekend (Several shift times available.)
Job Details

  • Work with several lines of interactions such as inbound phone calls, e-mail, and online chats.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding their questions and concerns.
  • Work within a call center environment.
  • Handle back to back calls via the company's software system.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service, hospitality industry or sales associate experience preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation and have a stable job history
  • Must be able to give a strong first impression to concerned customers
  • Must have good grammar and good punctuation
  • Must be able to type at least 30 wpm minimum
