Implementation Specialist - Job Summary:

SNI Companies is seeking an Implementation Specialist to effectively influence leaders and partners cross-departmentally to achieve results. You must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment to ensure deliverables are met.

Implementation Specialist - Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish departmental goals and objectives in line organization goals and objectives.
  • Monitors the implementation progress across regions
  • Be an advocate for high quality customer experience across product lines.
  • Always seeks a better way to deliver services to internal and external customers.
  • Conducts post-implementation reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Builds strong partnership and alliances throughout the organization
  • Collaborates with Sales and other departments to present company benefits.
  • Ensure all goals and deadlines are met.
  • Must be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of all company benefits products

Implementation Specialist - Job Qualifications:

  • Product and Pricing knowledge
  • Must be a critical thinker with comprehension understanding to arrive at solutions
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills; demonstrated organizational savvy
  • Must possess strong oral and written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively multitask while meeting deadlines
  • Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office suite and Salesforce
