GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A VERY REPUTABLE COMPANY WITH AN IMMEDIATE START

This is an opportunity for a proven processional to build and manage the HR function from the ground up and help achieve strategic growth plans by executing the firms talent acquisition needs across multiple offices.
This is a hands-on role with responsibilities that include:

  • Identify and develop a pipeline of appropriate talent to fill current & future job openings
  • Develop policies & procedures that promote a productive and positive work environment
  • Proactively engage with employees to ensure that any issues are identified early and resolved in a positive manner
  • Ensure compliance with state & federal laws & regulations
  • Work closely with Managing Partner & Executive Committee to implement the firms strategic plan through effective HR related initiatives
  • Advise on & manage firms benefit programs

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in related discipline
  • 7 years + in managing the HR function within a law firm setting or other professional services setting
  • Proven success and implementing & facilitating change
  • Can-do attitude & motivation to achieve results directly and through facilitating the success of the firm through positive employee engagement
  • Willingness to travel between offices as needed although this will not involve extensive travel.
  • Ability to work within challenging growing startup atmosphere
