Job Description

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER We are looking for candidates with 7 or more years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 in a manager-level role or above. We take pride being an employee-driven company with a meaningful focus on work-life balance.

The HR Manager will constantly look for ways to enhance our culture and improve the employee experience. Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of recruiting, employee engagement, and employee retention * Work closely with hiring managers to assess talent needs, determine candidate qualifications, and develop job descriptions * Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other digital resources in identifying candidates

* Manage college recruiting efforts to identify interns and first-year associates in Audit and Tax * Develop and continually improve processes for employee reviews, performance management, and professional development pathways

* Manage the administration of benefits and compensation programs

* Work with junior HR staff to develop and deliver an employee onboarding and training program * Manage employee relations, field questions, and foster employee engagement * Plan training for staff on health and wellness, business etiquette, diversity, or other key topics * Communicate effectively with leadership team to escalate issues and drive positive change * Maintain and update the employee handbook and other human resources policy and professional development documentation * Serve as the primary point of contact for legal and outside human resources consultants

* Stay current with the latest systems, processes, and trends in the field of human resources Qualifications: * BA or BS degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field * At least 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 in a management-level position * Recruiting experience is absolutely required * Experience in managing compensation, evaluations, budgets, and employee retention programs * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong relationship-building and coaching skills * Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and employment laws * Experience in working with legal staff and external human resources vendors * Certifications in Human Resources or affiliations with Human Resources professional organizations are a plus
