We are looking for a temp possible temp/perm HR Assitant for our St Louis office and I was hoping you would be able to assist in the search. Ideally, we would like someone with broad HR experience, but would be nice to find someone who has experience assisting with Employee Relations matters as well. Summary:
The HR Services Specialist will support, process and audit various HR transactions in areas of benefits, HR Systems and payroll. The position provides a centralized point of contact and expertise for company employees to ask questions and gain assistance in these areas. The intent is to remove as many of the transactional items from the HR Field and protect the company by ensuring fair and equal application of benefit administration. This position also audits and reports on a variety of benefit information for the sake of management and corporate review.

Requirements:
- 2+ years general HR experience in a corporate setting
- 1+ years Employee Relations experience
- Bachelors in HR, Business, or related or equivalent in work experience

$36,400 yearly
