Job Description

Staffing Now is looking for an HR Representative for a company in Fort Worth, TX. The position is contract to hire for the right candidate. Please review the job description and if you meet the requirements and want to be considered please apply!


  • Support the HR Department with administrative needs (mail, typing, filing, scanning, ordering supplies, and follow-up)
  • Event planning for Corporate Office and support the monthly calendar
  • Analysis and trending of data (turnover, headcount, and Employee Referral Program)
  • Assist in the tracking and management of the Charity Donations/Corporate Matching Gifts program
  • Manage key HR administrative duties such as; Monthly Personnel Notice, Volunteer of the Month, Organizational Charts and miscellaneous announcements
  • Manage and process employee service award and retirement programs Collect open, read, route, incoming department mail
  • Assist with Workers Compensation Administration/Reports
  • Assist as needed with onboarding duties
  • Provide and organize onsite tours for all corporate new hires
  • Exit Interview (send out in ICIMS; analyze data for trends)
  • Process Invoices Assist with other HR Projects, as needed

  • Applicant Tracking System experience (ICIMS, preferred)
  • SAP experience (helpful)
  • Intermediate level with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Bachelor's degree, required (Bachelor's in Human Resources or Business Administration, preferred)
  • 2+ years' experience supporting HR or HR related fields
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with short deadlines at one time and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to manage extreme detail and produce error-free work under pressure.
  • Ability to identify problems and research potential solutions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and sensitive information in HR.
  • High degree of professionalism and skill in verbal and written communications
