Job Description

SNI Companies is seeking a well rounded HR Generalist with strong experience in benefits, HR administration and recruitment with a desire to participate in the full cycle of Human Resource Management. This position is reporting to the HR Director, and will be the main point person for the following HR functions: Benefits and Leave administration, Employee file maintenance, Employee Relations, and recruitment. An ideal candidate is someone who is independent and motivated by a sense of ownership in their areas of responsibility and a willingness to participate in all areas of HR practice as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and three to five years in the HR and benefits field.
  • Human Resources coursework, PHR, SHRM CP, or CEBS certification preferred.
  • Experience working with employer benefits.
  • Minimum three years benefits and HR personnel
  • Knowledge of current employment laws and practices preferred
