  • Provides general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranging meetings, composing regular correspondence, processing confidential reports and documents, filing electronic and hard copy, tracking deadlines, and taking down minutes as needed.
  • Provide assistance in hiring process activities such as posting jobs on job board or website, reviewing applications and maintaining a spreadsheet on tracking an applicant.
  • Maintains updated recruitment spreadsheet.
  • Maintains and control personnel, employees, and recruitment and selection records.
  • Maintains updated all HR binders
  • Maintains updated all HR reports
  • Assists HR Director monitoring new hire training requirements
  • Assists HR Director in new hire orientation trainingMaintains employee file records up-to-date by handling changes in employee status in timely manner.
  • Prepares new file folders for employees, contractors and volunteers.
  • Update training records on binders and files and conduct training evaluations summary.
  • Assists HR Director on preparation of orientation, all day staff meetings and all other related to trainings.
  • File insurance open enrollment information on binders and scan and file electronically on pdrive folders according to actives and terminated employees.
  • Files E-Verify reports with I9 forms in correspondent binder with required documentation and keep binder updated according to active and terminated employees.
  • Record keeping, including manual and computer entries.
  • Typing, filing, copying and other clerical support functions as required.
  • Handles employment verifications for active and former employees
  • Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Attends support staff trainings and other meetings as required
