Job Description

Creating custom offer letters and managing sensitive and confidential information
Maintain employee records and files in accordance with state and federal laws
Process Human Resources paperwork in the HRIS system
Updating HRIS system with compensation and budget data
Generate and prepare identified HR reports as required. Heavy mail merge.
Reconcile vendor invoices. Utilize v-lookups to setup large volume of data.
Perform general office administrative work and projects related to Integration.

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Working knowledge of HRMS database systems
Advance Excel Good use of V-looksup
Advance Word Prior mail merge experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Ability to communicate in a clear concise manner
Ability to effectively multi task
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

High School Diploma or equivalent
Post High School training in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience
BA/BS degree in Human Resources preferred

Related Work Experience
1+ year human resources support experience
1+ year administrative experience
