SNI Companies has partnered with a growing luxury hospitality company in search of an experienced HR Coordinator for their flagship hotel. This position will be the main point of contact for all employees on the ground in their Dallas location.


They offer flexibility, independence and exceptional benefits. The ideal candidate will have 2 years' of HR experience with exposure to the hospitality industry. Additionally, qualified candidates will possess knowledge of employee relations, benefits, and payroll, with the ability to answer employee questions and redirect their needs. Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred. Candidates must be highly independent, detail oriented, and a self-starter.
