Job Description

SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a HR Coordinator. The HR Coordinator will handle administrative support for the HR Department. The HR Coordinator must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* The HR Coordinator will handle all HR data entry and handle new hire + termination reports.
* The HR Coordinator will be responsible for communicating all onboarding and offboarding access information with IT.
* The HR Coordinator handle the background check and drug screening back-end work.
* The HR Coordinator will create IT tickets for new hires and work with the Hiring Manager to line up start dates.
* The HR Coordinator will work with all applicants to ensure they're entered into the company ATS.
