Job Description


Our client, a fun place to work, in Pine Brook, NJ is searching for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who thrives in a smaller, family owned company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage semi-monthly payroll processing and reporting
  • Manage 401K - run monthly reports to ensure employee elections are up-to-date
  • Act as an advocate for all employees in terms of benefits, leaves of absence, employee relations issues, etc.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of internal policies and processes in order to best support company needs and inquiries effectively and appropriately
  • Drives initiatives aimed at creating, effectively managing, valuing, retaining, and leveraging a diverse workforce
  • Assist in the full hiring process of employees, including scheduling interviews, verifying work-history and reference checking, and managing applicant flow - as needed
  • Maintain and update HR database, organizational charts, and employee records
  • Manage PEO system
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years HR experience
  • Experience using PEO systems. TriNet experience a plus
  • Highly organized with extreme confidentiality
