Job Description


  • Perform background and reference checks for potential new hires and interns
  • Process all hires, re-hires and transfers, including gathering required documentation, scheduling for orientation, performing file audits/reviews, coordinating start dates, and HRIS data entry
  • Process other employee information changes as needed, including but not limited to terminations, transfers, promotions, performance reviews, and benefit
  • Complete employment verifications for current/past employees as requested
  • Collect information for employment and/or driving eligibility for current employees and document information in HRIS, as needed
  • Perform background screening and motor vehicle reporting on current employees, as needed
  • Assist with other HR Department events and projects, as needed
