Are you an experienced Human Resources professional? We are looking for qualified Generalists or HR Administrators for an HR Administrator role in the Mandarin Area. This is a direct hire, full-time position with benefits and 401K match. Only those with Bachelor's degree and relevant experience need apply!

Primary Function:

Under the supervision of the Senior HR Manager, the HR Administrator is responsible for assisting with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preliminary review of resumes and potential candidates and determine any next steps.
  • Coordinate new hires
    • Submit offer details to new hires.
    • Conduct standard background screen and pre-employment drug screens.
    • Conduct on-boarding program for all new hires.
  • Schedule required and requested training courses.
  • Maintain departmental documentation and relevant process maps.
  • Coordinate temporary labor with staffing agencies, including temporary to permanent and temporary assignments.
  • Prepare termination and severance letters as needed.
  • Submit employee updates to relevant benefit carriers, including new hires, terminations, additional dependents, etc.
  • Supports HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 3+ years' experience in HR
  • Solid foundation in understanding HR policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of hiring processes
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills

Hours: 8-5
