Job Description

Human Resources department in social services industry seeking an energetic self-starter to join our team as a full-time HR Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities include a variety of administrative support tasks such as:

  • Answer the telephone and direct calls accordingly.
  • Prepare paperwork and on-boarding for new employees.
  • Help to submit weekly payroll
  • Ensure inventory levels of office supplies and ensure office equipment is maintained.
  • Prepare various daily, weekly, and monthly reports for upper management.
  • Work independently on special projects.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by management.
