Job Description

We are looking to place Call Center candidates for our client in Hialeah ASAP
Hours of operation: 8:30AM-5:30PM, M-F, (Temp to hire)
Pay Rate: $12 per hour
Location: Hialeah Gardens

Job Description:

  • Provide customer users with technical solutions
  • Analyze the error or issue that the customer might have while speaking to them over the phone
  • Process orders and data via the company's software
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction.
  • Influence the way to assist customers and improve that process to make sure customers' experience is the best possible.
  • Work in tandem with other departments and service teams, and coordinate with them about our customers' needs.
  • Address technical and mechanical issues with appropriate phone etiquette

Job Requirements:
  • Must have at least a High School diploma
  • Being bilingual is a Prefered (Proficient in Formal French and Spanish)
  • Must have at least 2 to 3 years of customer service/order processing experience before applying to this position
  • Must be professional and punctual
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
