Job Description

We are looking to interview Health/Life Insurance Admin Assistant Candidates for our client in Ft. Lauderdale:

Locations: Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
Pay: $40-60k per year (Based on experience)
Hours: Full Time hours, M-F


  • Create and send custom reports and spreadsheets
  • Manage and assist with client relationships, vendors and landlords
  • Create and send estimates, receipts and invoices into QuickBooks when applicable
  • Manage scheduling with clients and landlords alike
  • Enter expense reports via company software
  • Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Job Requirements:

  • Must have 2 to 3 years of experience with Office Administrative roles
  • Must have experience in the Health Insurance Industry
  • Must pass a background check
