Job Description

We are looking for the right person for our client, who will develop with our company. The candidate will be responsible for performing all traditional functions of an Administrative Assistant (to include answering phone calls, file documents, fax/scan/copy, send/distribute mail and e-mail, etc.)
. In addition, the candidate will assist in processing new business requests and maintain and update databases as needed. The ideal candidate will function well in a fast-paced office environment; have superior client service skills and the capacity to handle a large volume of phone calls.
Qualifications: * Minimum of three years office financial administrative support experience. * Excellent organizational skills * Experience in processing large volumes of documents * Ability to excel at details, multi-tasking, and working under pressure. * Extensive phone experience
* Must have experience and skilled in the use of software programs such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and the internet * Some college preferred. If you have the desire to learn new things.
Understanding the financial industry,IRA and all back office processing. l ideal candidate would be coming from CPA firm or insurance firm
