Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • The FM shall provide management and staff for all facilities-related services and processes in support of the agency's facility operations at Franklin Court to ensure MCC has the most suitable working environment for its employees and activities.
  • The scope of facilities-related services management activities includes long-term planning and measurement to improve efficiency and effectiveness and day-to-day operations. In general, the FM is responsible for facilities services in the following areas:
    • Facility safety, including fire safety; equipment maintenance, testing and inspections
    • Managing custodial services; * Inventory and asset management
    • Recycling
    • Lease management, including review of invoices and payments
    • Furniture, fixtures and equipment acquisition and maintenance
    • Support of onsite events, conferences and meetings
    • Maintain noise masking system
    • Real property management
    • Space management, including space planning, interior design and construction/refurbishment, and space assignment and utilization surveys
    • Contracted services, such as quarterly carpet and window cleaning, HVAC services, appliance repairs, and furniture repair.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • CMMS support, specifically ServiceNow, FM portal
  • Sharepoint
  • Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer correspondence
  • Must pass background and credit check
