Job Description

SNI Companies has partnered with a reputable organization in the retail industry looking to add a Facilities Coordinator to their North Dallas office. This position is looking for someone with exceptional customer service who has the ability to manage processes and vendor relationships.


  • Managing ticketing requests for multiple retail centers across the US which include furniture requests, maintenance scheduling, facilities maintenance, etc.
  • Managing and controlling several operations contracts as well as vendor relationships
  • Provide status reports to internal customers of maintence scheduling or equipment delivery dates
  • Work in tandem with Operations Lead for scheduling
  • Analyze spend reports per location and provide suggestions of resolution if needed


  • 5-10 years of Facilities or Operations experience
  • Experience in contract and vendor relationship management
  • Highly profiencent in Microsoft Excel with analytical background
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • Proven track record of success
  • Customer service oriented, deadline driven and highly organized
