Corporate Facilities Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stock all kitchens
  • Complete walk-through of all floors checking for cleanliness of the areas
  • Ensure conference rooms are fully stocked with the appropriate items
  • Inspect restrooms and common areas to ensure the janitorial vendor has performed daily/nightly tasks
  • Assist with meeting set-ups
  • Clean and sanitize all refrigerators and freezers on a weekly basis
  • Complete detailed dusting throughout office
  • Perform high and low detail window cleaning throughout office
  • Inspect gym equipment and notify the Supervisor if any equipment is not working
  • Inspect "copy" rooms and notify the Supervisor of any items needed for re-order
  • Clean empty offices and cubicles as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School degree, GED or equivalent; or
  • Related experience and/or training
  • Salon, spa experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Fast Learner

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • $11 Per Hour
  • Contract / Temporary (3 Months)
