Staffing Now is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a C-level manager for a fast growing company in the DFW Airport area. This is a contract-to-hire position and is a great opportunity for the right candidate to find permanent placement.


Job Description:
The Executive Administrative Associate is responsible for managing and executing all administrative tasks required to efficiently and effectively support the C-level staff operations.


Essential Job Functions:
-Coordinate with other executives and assist with follow-up assignments
-Draft original correspondence and other documents as requested
-Coordinate with administrative staff and other office support staff regarding routine office matters, meetings, and schedules
-Coordinate with executive staff and administrative staff in preparation of agenda items and agenda books for board meetings
-Communicate by phone and in writing with officers, directors, board executives and others as directed
-Organize, assemble and coordinate mail out of agenda books and draft reports
-Answer, screen, and return calls with consistent documentation; greet visitors
-Process mail, respond to letters and general correspondence of a routine nature, draft business letters, respond to requests for information
-Research, compile and analyze data for special projects, prepare routine reports
-Maintain appointment schedule and calendar, keeping supervisor aware of upcoming events and commitments
-Coordinates meetings, conferences, conference calls and travel plans according to protocol

Requirements:
-Minimum Associate s degree; Bachelors degree preferred.
-Meeting and travel planning procedures
-Correct English usage, grammar, spelling and punctuation
-Modern office methods and procedures, equipment and filing systems; business letter and report writing techniques; proof reading; record keeping principles and procedures.
-Be able to perform administrative and clerical work requiring independent judgment, speed, and accuracy
-Type accurately at 70 wpm; meet the public tactfully, and courteously answer questions in person or over the telephone.
-Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; have outstanding communication skills and be a team player.
