Job Description

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, organizing emails, documents, etc.
Essential Job Functions

  • Coordinate and manage travel. The executive assistant will be tasked with developing extremely complex, detailed and organized travel itineraries and agendas as well as compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Maintain detailed system of records, including but not limited to budgets and paper & digital filing systems


  • Basic Skills: Active learning, active listening, critical thinking, basic math to include adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, reading comprehension, speaking, writing. Must possess strong attention to detail.

  • Clerical : Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  • Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
  • Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Tools: Calculators, desktop computers, scanners, copiers, and phone systems.
