Job Description


Executive Matchmaker your primary duties will be to fully manage all aspects of the matchmaking life cycle for a set group of clients based on assigned territories. You will conduct over the phone and video face to face calls, these calls include welcoming a new client, presenting a match and coordinating a date. You will work with existing clients to provide enthusiasm, positivity and excitement in every interaction while working to provide an optimistic dating experience. Your duties will include; matching client preferences to other matches while obtaining your client's availability to arrange/confirm and reschedule dates. You will work closely with each client to understand their individual desires and work to manage their expectations. You will recruit potential matches for your existing clients using internal recruitment guidelines. You will maintain detailed client files and clearly document all communication with your client. You will keep updated computer records relating to all client activities; including phone calls, emails, and matches. Your primary focus is to procure the best possible matches for your clients based on their initial interview, their post-match and feedback and your training and guidance.

Office Hours: Office hours are 9a-6p Monday and Friday; 12pm to 9pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (office hours may be adjusted to accommodate business need at the discretion of leadership). This position requires 40-hour work weeks.


Performance requirements: 6 matches per day minimum, and 80% of your client going on matches every month


Position Requirements: 4-year degree preferred, 5+ years of Customer Service, sales skill set, successfully pass computer skills assessment, Confidentiality/Non-compete agreement. Be punctual. Obtain Life Coach Certification (Expense paid by company).
