SNI Companies is seeking an Events Registration Coordinator in the Oviedo, FL area. This position is full time and offers growth opportunity with the company.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating and managing event registrations
  • Reviewing distribution reports, summaries, and points of interest
  • Event reminders, changes, and requests
  • Sharing necessary information to assist guests at the events
  • Manage proof of attendance and post event certificates
  • Inputting and updating data into the customer database
  • Collaborate with the Event Manager, Operations department, and Marketing department to ensure project alignment and communication
  • Work within budget and approve processes



Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience with event registration and volunteer coordination
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage time and tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently; gather and analyze information while developing a solution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)



Some evening and weekend availability, Some local travel for attendance at events.
There is a range in pay based on experience, but the hourly wage is around $15 per hour to start.
