Job Description

The role of the position will to assist with their clients in setting up meetings and conferences. The size of the conferences can range from a 5 person conference to 3000 - mostly for Pharma Companies.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring all customer and vendor orders are executed on time, in an organized and efficient manner to the satisfaction of the customer/vendor.
  • Responsible for determining the best course of action to meet client and vendor needs, and oversee the successful execution of delivered technology for corporate events and trade shows.
  • Responsible for identifying and solving problems within the process of order fulfillment.
  • Process and maintain all customer and vendor orders.
  • Responsible for identifying possible budget concerns and formulating courses of action necessary to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Responsible for identifying and resolving any issues with delayed deliveries.
  • Kicking off live events to introduce a client through a webcast
  • Performs other duties as needed upon request by superiors.

  • Handle some account management
  • Have strong communication and negotiation skills - they will be negotiating rates and delivery times with the various vendors and partners they work with
