Job Description

We are looking to hire a dynamic Customer Support Specialist at our Southern New Hampshire Client.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between high-volume sales professionals and clients
  • Maintain calendar, manage email communications, and schedule/coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Assist the Sales Professionals in preparing proposals, work orders, correspondence and job scheduling
  • Address client needs and address any issues that arise
  • Process sales data, survey information and other sales related records and documentation
  • Provide assistance with special assignments or projects including but not limited to weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintain phone logs and records of client communications
  • Process sales leads and manage the sales pipeline


Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Time management and organizational skills required
