Job Description

Our client, a global apparel company, has an exciting opportunity in their Lodi location for a Customer Service Representative.

This position will assist and back up the Logistics & CS Manager on the Operations flow in the US and Canada. To work with our warehouses ( US ,Canada, and headquarters) ; warehouse management ; and to support the Customer Service dept. regarding deliveries, inquiries ,…

Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the position will be to assist and back up the Logistics & Customer Service Manager in the following functions: :

  • Logistics:
  • To perform special shipments:
  • between warehouses
  • Samples to PR agency in LA
  • Big clients with special procedures

  • Oversee and management of the daily logistics operations:
  • Shipping: Merchandise prepared in the warehouse to be shipped
  • Sourcing plan follow up ( follow up in and out shipments)
  • Reception of merchandise
  • Stock report

  • Canada warehouse:
  • Reception of merchandise in the system
  • Invoicing for shipping

  • Invoice revision and approval from our suppliers/forwarders
  • Inventory count
  • Communication with headquarters in terms of purchasing or any other inquiry.
  • Warehouse material order ( clean tape, pads, boxes, labels)
  • Alterations with seamstress
  • RA processing
  • New Season (once per year):
  • Reps merchandising
  • Samples order for TS in US.

  • CS:
  • Support CS dept:
  • Inquiries from Customers in terms of deliveries, stock, fabrics,…
  • Help them with any special inquiry and communication with headquarters
  • RA authorizations.

  • Excel files with some activities report:
  • Sales

  • Department Weekly meetings
  • Events organization coordination (flights, hotels,design of Evites…)
  • Preparation of sales material
