Short and long term Customer Service positions located in the North Shore and Middlesex area. As a Customer Service Rep you will handle a variety of customer inquiries ranging from simple to complex.
Specific Customer Service Rep duties:
* Providing direct customer support, through phone and email inquiries
* Providing reports regarding customer inquiries
* Responding to all Customer Inquiries
* Submitting all requests for website updates
* Resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting correction and adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
* Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
