Job Description
Our Merrimack Valley manufacturing client is hiring for a customer service savvy professional who is energetic and outgoing who will perform the following:
- Provide professional customer contact by phone and e-mail
- Manage multiple customer accounts
- Provide support to outside sales representatives
- Interact with Marketing, Accounting, Manufacturing and Shipping departments
- Help resolve any customer issues regarding their account
- Assist in various projects within the department
This is a full-time, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, in office, non-remote position.
