HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing) company and one of the largest HRO's on the East Coast. They are locally owned, yet have clients all over the US with an average size client having 750 employees.

In this role, you will be full-time part of an Experience team providing support to our clients and their employees with benefits-related support including but not limited to: annual enrollments, ongoing benefits administration, billing reconciliation, and overall customer care. Although time on the phone is required, the focus is not on "call center" metrics, but on true customer care and service.

We are seeking team members with the following experience, skills and education:

  • 1-3 years of work experience in a benefits support role, with a proven record of delivering superior customer service with a servant heart.
  • Excellent telephone skills and a clear, easily understood speaking voice
  • Experience in data entry and problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize a varied workload
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
