Job Description

Our client in Middlesex County is looking for 2 customer service representitives.


Our team members interact daily with all internal departments. We also work with our customers in providing information and options on our products and specific orders.
Excellent verbal and written skills are required as we contact our customers daily via phone calls and e-mails.
Our orders can be complex and it is critical to understand our product line, internal processes as well as our customers business. Our team along with the entire organization is responsible for providing a "Best In Class" customer experience with each and every transaction that is handled.

Specific Requirements:

  • Provide a superior customer experience while driving customer loyalty and confidence
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of all our products and processes as well as workflow to provide solutions to our customer requests
  • Become a knowledgeable resource to our client base when contacting a customer or receiving a call from a customer or consumer
  • Handle clarification of orders in an efficient, customer-focused manner
  • Ability to provide support in a team environment
  • Make recommendations for the continuous improvement of the flow of orders on an ongoing basis. Participate in the implementation of these recommendations.
  • Ability to make decisions in order to provide the best customer experience each and every time
  • Document all customer interaction in our Customer Relationship Management tool
  • Able to work in a team environment and provide coverage in other areas of our organization



POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English and Spanish
  • 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
  • HS diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are a must
  • Strong phone experience is a key component of position
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment and be prepared to understand and participate in executing strategies

  • Work hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday
