Job Description

SNI Companies is searching for a detail oriented, upbeat Customer Service Representative to join a fast paced Logistics Customer Service team!
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:

  • Satisfying customer needs beyond their expectations.
  • Providing answers with sense of urgency to customers.
  • Providing Sales support.
  • Avoiding problems through proactive monitoring of orders.
  • Reacting to and repairing issues.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Able to multitask
  • High School diploma
  • Order entry experience preferred
  • Logistics, Accounting, or Sales Support experience is a plus

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
