CUSTOMER SVC REP
Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and promote a pleasant relationship with all internal and external customers.
  • MUST HAVE SAP EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.
  • Contact each account to obtain orders for delivery. Continuously ensure that all customers are being called in a timely manner and that all deadlines are met.
  • Key orders, balance, extract Specials, Potential, and Complaints with minimal errors.
  • Maintain customer file with deliveries, telephone numbers and time of calls.
  • Supply sales, shipping, marketing, production and distribution with pertinent information concerning customer activity (sales, special events, large orders, etc.)
  • Knowledge of product line in all locations.
  • Arrange for proper handling of all customer requests and complaints (special deliveries, off day deliveries, etc.)
  • Must be accurate in keypunching orders and concentration to ensure proper load dates and delivery dates are used.
  • Develop excellent communication skills with co-workers to ensure all necessary departments are aware of delivery, load and customer changes.
