Experienced Customer Service Representative:
Customer Service Representative will perform traditional paying and receiving teller functions with accuracy while providing exceptional service to each and every customer. This individual will respond to customer service inquiries with a major emphasis on performing account opening and maintenance functions. Excellent cash-handling skills and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities also include customer communications, compiling memos and reports, answering phones, filing, and promoting the Bank's products and services including fulfilling sales goals.

* Successfully promote and refer Bank products and services
* Maintain professional manner and appearance standards at all times
* Solid verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to stay calm under pressure with challenging customer situations
* Multi-task and follow detailed instructions
* Foster a positive and supportive team environment requirements
* Ability to stand/sit for extended periods of time
* Ability to operate on-line terminal and other standard office equipment including a calculator/adding machine
* Exhibit a strong sense of honesty and integrity education/Experience
* Prior cash handling experience required (minimum six months)
* Ability to identify and resolve members needs
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Prior new account experience with financial institutions preferred
* College Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience preferred
* Fluency in speaking Spanish preferred
* MUST be able to pass criminal background and credit check
