Job Description

Customer Service Representative for Latin America Territory for our manufacturing and distribution client located in Mercer County, New Jersey.

  • The Customer Service Representative provides service support for our client located in Mercer County, NJ - to assist their customers and agents in North and Latin America. Working with sales, supply chain, logistics and field service. the position plays a key role in ensuring customers receive orders on time. The position reports to the Team Leader for Customer Service.

Job Description:

  • Manage customer experience for Aftermarket Parts and services. Inclusive of but not limited to:

Customer Relations

  • Promote a positive, professional demeanor at all times
  • Ability to handle urgent request under tight deadlines
  • Ability to facilitate the inquiry and order cycle process with complex multinational customers
  • Ability and willingness to build solid business relationships with customers
  • Ability and wiliness to work across departments to meet and/or exceed end customer's expectations

  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in Spanish verbal and written communication

Order Entry/Order Management

  • Proficient in MRP systems
  • Keeps customers informed on the status of their order throughout all phases of the order fulfillment cycle
  • Navision - a strong plus
  • Microsoft Office 365

Experience Needed

  • Two to five years' experience supporting customers and agents
  • Previous experience ensuring customers get the right parts for equipment used in manufacturing, pharmaceutical or industrial applications
