Staffing Now is currently searching for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative. Do you enjoy forming new relationships every day? This Customer Service Representative position is a 3-4 month contract opportunity. Located in the Dulles Corridor.

Customer Service Representative

CSR will manage customer relationships to retain revenue from existing customers.

  • Proactively conduct periodic calls/meetings with existing customers to maintain and foster a strong partnership.
  • Ensure that customer issues are regularly addressed and they are kept informed about our ongoing efforts to improve their experience.
  • When appropriate identify cross sell and up-sell opportunities in customer accounts and communicate these opportunities to the assigned Business Development Manager (BDM).

Job responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key individuals as part of the existing customer base.
  • Act as main interface for customers working
  • Coordinate the engagement of other resources to meet customer demands.
  • Set action plans on increasing customer engagement such as driving attendance to our Customer Enablement Series (CES)
  • Capture customer success stories that can be developed into case studies, online customer reviews, or other sales tools.
