A well known family-owned business in the Waterbury area is seeking a full-time customer service representative to join their team immediately. If you love to smile and like to have fun then this is the job for you!
JOB SUMMARY:
Assist customers with questions and send quotes. You will coordinate with the operations team in handling customer logistics.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Answering phones, taking orders, inputting orders into dispatch system
• Receives telephone requests for price quotations, scheduling, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers.
• Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service.
• Maintains files of active jobs and posts activity such as change notices, scheduling changes, and credit changes.
• Working in our back office systems to set up accounts.
• Follow up on estimates and cleanings already performed.
